strategic business plan|Strategic Business Planning ? Part 1 ...

many managers, the term ?business plan? is a buzzword to describe what was 30 years ago when the financial budget designed, and therefore the restricted realm of the accountant. For others it may represent a document required to obtain an overdraft or a loan from their banks. A business plan could be important as the document that can be combined in any company. This paper aims to overcome such taboos and simplify what the strategic planning process is all about, and how its benefits could be maximized through the management of a company.

When we talk about a strategic business plan, the message will be transmitted on the strategies and tactics to be adopted by an organization to achieve its tasks and objectives . A major component of the plan is financial, but the strategic business plan is absolutely no plan when it does not integrate address marketing, human resources, IT and all other required resources and ensure the organizational efforts to achieve goals in terms of profit maximization. What is required?
Many have the marketing of a strategic business plan, a candidate CV when compared to applying for a job. What must be ensured that the plan is not just numbers, numbers, but also shows a good understanding of all the major determinants in the achievement of those objectives. Therefore, we should ask ourselves questions such as in the first place:
Who are we?
What do we do?
Who our customers are and what are their expectations?
What and where will be our business in one, two, three, five years?
What do we do NOW to get where we want to be?
How shall we go?
we have the resources in the form of machines, people, finance, technology and so on?
we need to obtain external financing and the type and scope is convenient for us? We could go as far as issues we would consider our plan to you in detail. Probably the answer would have some more effort in terms of time and resources, other. But that tiny possibility of failure requires extra effort for the slight edge over the prospects of success. In plain language this means that must be a strategic business plan in the planning stage!
