Wonderful! : December 14, 2005
The world lost a real gem of a writer when Stan Berenstain passed on November 29. Together, Berenstain and his wife, Jan, and eventually their two sons, created books featuring lovable but flawed characters who tackle just about every real issue that faces families.
Trouble with Strangers is one of those books. Talking to kids about strangers is necessary, but a little scary. No one wants to turn their kids into antisocial hermits, but at the same time, it?s an absolute must to teach kids that it?s not okay to just talk to anyone. This book takes on the issue and makes it comfortable but thoroughly explained. A great place to start!
