What's going on here?
We know that Paula Abdul can be in her own, um, world, but could she really not know that Cheryl Cole was fired from X Factor? She is sitting next to the woman on the judges panel, afterall!
When asked about what she thought about Cheryl being axed from the show, Paula said:
"This is all news to me. This apparently has captured the news while I was traveling so I'm just finding out things as you are.
I don't know whether this is true. You probably know more than I do. All I can tell you is that she is lovely, and I was really excited about the relationship and friendship we were forging. Regardless [of what happens], I'm looking forward to continuing that. She's lovely."
Hmm. We guess news didn't spread that fast. Come on, Simon and Fox - it's time to make a statement already! We need to know the truth!
