OAKMAN, Ala. (WIAT) -??Members of the Walker County church which burned down last week are trying to move forward.? The fire that destroyed Patton Hill Baptist Church near Oakman Tuesday has been ruled accidental.? The church deacon says most likely from faulty wiring.
Since they can't afford to rebuild right now, the 25 member congregation is considering alternative worship sites like the nearby Key Hill Church which is currently sitting empty.
Patton Hill Baptist Church is setting up an account tomorrow at the Pinnacle Bank in Jasper for anyone who wants to donate.
